The Robinsons

It isn’t every day that you start bride and groom preparations at Twickenham - the home of England Rugby. It also isn’t every day that the bride organises her entire UK wedding from Jamaica…but then again, this was no ordinary wedding day!

Omg..! Ummm, we are SO SO happy with these. Over the moon! Wow, we love them guys!! I want to print and frame a bunch right now! Thank you so much, can’t even express..! You guys made it so easy to help me plan everything photography related from abroad. With calls and emails to meet ups at the venue, you really displayed such enthusiasm for mine and Jason's day and for your work in general which certainly confirmed we’d found the right team to capture our wedding! It was such a pleasure to be around you both, your energy for the whole event was so evident and made guests and ourselves feel so at ease. Not to mention the final photos which are stunning. My aim was to capture the moments throughout the day and you certainly did.

Forever thankful to both of you for your work!

Keisha Robinson

When internationally-renowned, professional model Keisha approached us about photographing her wedding, we were both blown away and honoured. She had seen our work online and knew that it was our style that she wanted for her big day. We were even more taken aback when she told us that she had found us whilst living in Jamaica!

Keisha’s bridal prep was a relaxed affair, with friends and family all gathered in a beautiful suite within Twickenham’s grounds. Whilst David was there to capture the hair and make up, and the morning’s emotions, I shadowed husband-to-be Jason and his friends and groomsmen. Groom prep saw last minute speech rehearsals and a bottle of Glenmorangie - perfect! From a photography point of view, the rooms were an outstanding backdrop, with window light gushing in, and spirits were high throughout the morning.

After I left with the groom party, David had the pleasure of photographing Keisha and her mum being taken to the beautiful venue - Pembroke Lodge - in a Peaky Blinders style car - a Beauford affectionally named Alfonso. We've been lucky enough to shoot at a number of great venues over the years, and Pembroke Lodge is no exception: a beautiful wedding venue inside Richmond Park in London. Airy rooms, lovely grounds and views to die for, all add up to a wedding photographer’s dream.

The ceremony was an intimate affair with really personal messages from Jason and Keisha; there wasn't a dry eye in the house! Following the wedding ceremony, David and I took the couple away into the grounds of Pembroke Lodge to capture a few portraits of the happy couple. Once again, the grounds presented us with beautiful backdrops for Jason and Keisha, and they both so happy and relaxed that making some beautiful portraits was a breeze. We were also blessed with a phenomenal sunset later on in the evening, so like any decent wedding photographers, we dragged them out into the great light!

After the portraits, we shot some group shots next to the classic car before capturing heart felt speeches from friends and family before dinner. Jason and Keisha's day absolutely flew by, and in a blink of an eye we were into cutting the cake and the first dance. By that time, all that was left for us to do was say our goodbyes and let Jason, Keisha and guests party late into the night. What a whirlwind day!

Myself and David had a brilliant time shooting for Jason and Keisha - we wish them all the best in their future together. They're living in Jamaica, so I think they will be fine!!!!
